We take Select - Home Raised, "Natural" - Grass Pastured - Cornish Game Hens.
Then Cure them for 2 days in our "Natural" - Wyoming Dry Cure, Then Smoke them Low & Slow  for Great Flavor - Ready to Eat, ---Warm them in the Oven or Just cut the Bab and eat them Cold.
Each hen over 2 lbs before smoked.
